精(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫鋼管(guan)是(shi)一種通過精(jing)拔(ba)或(huo)(huo)冷軋處理后(hou)的(de)一種高精(jing)密的(de)鋼管(guan)材料。由于(yu)精(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫鋼管(guan)內外(wai)壁無(wu)(wu)氧化層(ceng)、承(cheng)受高壓無(wu)(wu)泄漏、高精(jing)度、高光(guang)潔度、冷彎(wan)不(bu)變(bian)形、擴口、壓扁(bian)無(wu)(wu)裂縫等有(you)點,主要用來生產氣動或(huo)(huo)液壓 元件(jian)的(de)產品,如氣缸或(huo)(huo)油(you)缸,可以是(shi)無(wu)(wu)縫管(guan),也有(you)焊接管(guan)。

精(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing) 合(he)金(jin)鋼(gang)淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)得到馬氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)組織后(hou),在250~400℃溫(wen)(wen)度(du)范圍回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)使鋼(gang)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua),其(qi)韌性(xing)(xing)(xing)一(yi)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)轉(zhuan)化(hua)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)明顯升高(gao)。已脆(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)的精(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管不能再用(yong)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)加熱的方(fang)法消(xiao)除,故(gu)又(you)稱為(wei)%26ldquo;不可逆回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)%26rdquo;。精(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管主要發(fa)生在合(he)金(jin)結構鋼(gang)和(he)(he)低(di)(di)(di)合(he)金(jin)超高(gao)強度(du)精(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管等鋼(gang)種(zhong)。已脆(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)精(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管的斷(duan)(duan)口(kou)是(shi)沿晶(jing)(jing)(jing)斷(duan)(duan)口(kou)或是(shi)沿晶(jing)(jing)(jing)和(he)(he)準(zhun)解(jie)理混合(he)斷(duan)(duan)口(kou)。產生低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)的原(yuan)因,普遍認為(wei):(1)與滲(shen)碳(tan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)在低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)時(shi)(shi)以薄片狀(zhuang)在原(yuan)奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)晶(jing)(jing)(jing)界(jie)析出(chu),造(zao)成晶(jing)(jing)(jing)界(jie)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)化(hua)密(mi)切(qie)相關。(2)雜質元素磷(lin)等在原(yuan)奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)晶(jing)(jing)(jing)界(jie)偏聚也是(shi)造(zao)成低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)原(yuan)因之一(yi)。含磷(lin)低(di)(di)(di)于0.005%的高(gao)純度(du)精(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管并不產生低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。磷(lin)在火(huo)(huo)(huo)加熱時(shi)(shi)發(fa)生奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)晶(jing)(jing)(jing)界(jie)偏聚,淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)后(hou)保留下來。磷(lin)在原(yuan)奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)晶(jing)(jing)(jing)界(jie)偏聚和(he)(he)滲(shen)碳(tan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)時(shi)(shi)在原(yuan)奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)晶(jing)(jing)(jing)界(jie)析出(chu),這兩個因素造(zao)成沿晶(jing)(jing)(jing)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)斷(duan)(duan),促(cu)成了精(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)的發(fa)生。
精拔(ba)無(wu)縫鋼管中合金元(yuan)素(su)對低溫回火(huo)(huo)脆性(xing)產生較大的影(ying)響。鉻和(he)錳(meng)促(cu)進(jin)雜質元(yuan)素(su)磷(lin)等在(zai)奧(ao)氏體晶(jing)界偏聚,從而促(cu)進(jin)低溫回火(huo)(huo)脆性(xing),鎢和(he)釩基本上沒有影(ying)響,鉬降低低溫回火(huo)(huo)精拔(ba)無(wu)縫鋼管的韌性(xing)一(yi)脆性(xing)轉化溫度,但尚不(bu)足(zu)以抑制(zhi)低溫回火(huo)(huo)脆性(xing)。硅能推遲(chi)回火(huo)(huo)時滲碳體析出,提(ti)高其生成溫度,故可(ke)提(ti)高精拔(ba)無(wu)縫鋼管低溫回火(huo)(huo)脆性(xing)發生的溫度。
